In the hopes of nourishing bonds with friends and lovers, this workshop explores the magic of sending letters. A collective space for testing ideas, experimenting with form and allowing thoughtfulness to guide the details.
Alongside the making process, we will engage in group discussion, exploring ideas around giving and receiving and how to create moments that feel like a warm hug through thoughtful responses, considerate designs and surprising handovers. 
The smallest gestures speak the loudest, it’s all in the details. charm and magic infused. Not to control what happens, but to create the conditions in which something can happen.

Each participant will end the workshop with their designs and experimental forms they can then use to send letters to friends and lovers.

No design experience is required. All materials will be supplied but participants are welcome to bring their own materials to collage or work with if they have something they would specifically like to use.
